This Small Flat-tail cruiser is made with New Zealand Kauri (a native NZ species) salvaged from a renovated dental surgery in the suburbs of Melbourne. The former shelving and benches have been restored to their original glory to live a second life for your riding and or collecting pleasure.
New Zealand Kauri forests are among the most ancient in the world, with individual trees growing upwards of 50m. The final milled timber has a golden brown colour that will darken further with age.
The board is finished with two coats of natural oil, combining the penetrating effects of tongue oil and surface grip of natural waxes.
