Each Balance Board is made by hand in our Melbourne workshop. Whilst the shape may be the same, each and every board is unique, with different grains and colours in the timber making no two boards identical.

We recommend 8 years and up for the pro level board. The key with this board is not so much age, but balance and confidence. The action is extremely easy to pick up and very natural once mastered, but there is a small learning curve, which we feel is best suited to those 8+
No. Like height the pre-requisite is not how much or little you weigh, but is about balance and confidence. This is not a starter board and we do not recommend anyone beginning their balance journey with this product.
The roller is made of eco friendly cork. It gives a very smooth ride and is easily cleaned with a damp cloth. Be sure to allow the roller to dry properly before use.
The board is made from sustainably sourced and recycled Australian hardwood timbers. We primarily use Victorian Ash and Jarrah in the balance boards.
The board will last a lifetime, if it's looked after well. Being made of solid hardwood timber the only regular maintenance required is a wipe with a damp cloth. Like any timber product, it will wear over significant time, but can be rejuvenated with a light sand and re-application of oil.
